The Furnace
This poem is about the millions of jews, black people, gypsies, and every other victim of the holocaust who was burned in the furnaces. Fingertips scrape, Wishing escape. Lock the door, Scratch the match. Death in a flash Embers to ash. Open the door, Pour in more.
