The Good Die Young
Why is it always the good that die young Leaving so many of life's songs unsung Taken too soon from the ones that they love Watching us from their home up above. It is not fair and doesn't seem right But death is not something we're able to fight Maybe some day we'll understand why it's so But until that day comes, we have to let go. Remember the good things and forget the bad Think of them fondly and try not to be sad That sounds impossible believe me I know Losing someone is a hard row to hoe. Don't lose your faith or give in to the grief Time is the only thing that will bring some relief Don't ask me how long because that I can't answer It hasn't been long since I lost a loved one to cancer
