The Goodness of Evil
I sit here at the desk, To write another tale. Weave a story dark and deep, Where the protagonist will fail. If goodness did prevail, Imbalance would result, Evil has its place, Its not a thing of fault. I.E. -The truth lies in the eyes, And courage of the cries. Who is good and who is dark, The stronger takes their mark. An epic battle, Of human cattle. Race against race, The goal a disgrace. But there is still the flame of hope, And those who will not cope. That bring about the pain, That labels them insane. But if the world were sane, There would be no such thing as gain. Equality would be, Evil is the key. -Sheena Allen Jan 07
