The Guardian: The Icy Terrace

·Gilly?

Where are you? My queen and desired obsession, I can drown myself in your grace, I can get lost in your eyes, so pure, Justice is what you are, and how you’re perceived to me, But you see me only partially, I feel like an eternity of absence from you, But how do I reach it, cherish and embrace? From this planet I’m inhabited, how do I descend? How do I reach you? How do I reach you tonight? I’ll leave my home, and come to orbit, Come to pacify and watch over you, I’ll be your guardian angel and not pass judgement on a single thing you do, All of this is visible but nonexistent to you, To you I’m just a solar eclipse, Annual and blind, But subsequently to it all, My breaths will stupor And my teardrops will fall And leave a puddle of nonsense on the icy terraced floor, I am an alien that longs for you, ever more.
