"The Landlord"
"The Landlord" The landlord never seemed to care, his property sat cold and bare. Both North and South locations, were slabs of solid ice. To the polar bears and penguins, those spots were paradise. But then one day the landlord found, that he was slowly, losing ground. The bears fell in the water, and soon dropped out of sight. When the penguins saw what happened, they simply died of fright. This landlord had been careless, and lost a lot of ice. He didn't know it at the time, but he'd pay a terrible price.
