The Lemon Flavor
There is no star that would remind me of eternity. There is no hope that is not also love. I graciously bring you the most beautiful lie, I share with you a life that does not belong to me. Kiss me, let me feel the lemon flavor of your skin. The last shadow is burning out within us, the sun, which has long been too selfish, is extinguishing. Time flows against its own current again, the silence becomes the echo of a scream. Don't play this stupid game anymore, give up the illusions that don't dedicate you love. Emotion deprives me of pity, tenderness creeps into my heart. I can't leave when solitude is so precious. Your breath flows over my body, your words ignite the silence. Since I lost my way to sleep, pity has taken on a different name. My tears saturate the barren soil of your merciless lips. Let the soul become mine too, just for a moment.
