The MV Derbishire
O, the MV Derbyshire disaster should never have happened to you There were two wives and 42 members of the crew Typhoon Orchid took you down to the bottom of the abyss To advert, this disaster seems to have been impossible You went down so fast there was nothing anybody could do At 91,655 gross register tons She was the largest British ship to be lost at sea She was registered in Liverpool a large seafaring city She was a bridge-Class combination carrier owned by Bibby What a black day the 9th of September will always be Although the MV Derbyshire now rests at the bottom of the South China sea Yes 1980 may seem a long time ago But we scousers from Liverpool never forget To get the justice we deserve we do what we have to do That's why I am proud to be a Liverpudlian / scouser This is a true account about Britons largest bulk carrier ship to be lost with all hands going down with her to this date, The families fought for years to prove it wasn't the fault of the crew it was the Government at the time that didn't want the truth to come out and that was that there was a massive fault in the superstructure R,I,P MV Derbyshire

I have a mental health illness and I was a inpatient in a private secure mental health hospital not because i was a danger to the public but because i myself was the only person who was in danger from me was myself and that will reflect in my poetry...
