The night I don't remember
I reach for the bottle to forget the way I dissolved in your hands, the choices I made, the feelingsI had, the person I became. I fly above the chewing gum stained pavement past the couple fighting by the hot dog stand and the drunk girl vomiting in the gutter. I feel unstoppable, untouchable I stumble and fall to the ground, I reach above, stand up laughing, beautifully insane. Living too fast, too much. Shot after shot at the bar. "Who is she?" they ask, but I don't know anymore.
