The Photographer
Everything is picture perfect in the world through my lens I can focus that which is unclear I am in control and I alone make the needed adjustments I can enhance a smile or darken a mood I choose the people, places and objects I wish within my view and when it's perfect I capture the moments But away from my camera it is a different world I can't correct the imperfections I see I can choose to turn away or close my eyes but still they exist there is no shutter I can close I can't make lighter that which is dark nor focus a blur by a mere adjustment And so once again I raise my camera and once again everything is picture perfect in the world... through my lens...
