No matter what I did I couldn't escape that all-intrusive gaze, always staring me down, with those haunting eyes, ever intent upon me. It was as if I were looking at myself in the mirror, only, instead, to meet that uncanny image, and I the sole object of its mind!

Our current perspective, in this very moment, is altered by everything we've ever experienced up til now, what happened years ago and what happened moments ago, and the accompanying thoughts. We are forever changing.
