The spontaneous aggression of suffering Have sucked the last droplet of water Perverse weapons vanishing civilizations At the press of a button, Her wounds have Saturated, it is time to show her tears, and so The rain must fall. Hideous creatures fighting in the pit, the Definition of man distorted, the power-hungry Individuals ruling Her, show She cannot bear the Pain anymore, The rain must fall. Lust proliferating like cancer, hatred taking the lion’s share, betrayal resounds in the open air She is injured and it’s time for us to heal The Rain must fall. The bleak future do bring hope, the sounds Of church-bells still echoes, humans still pray The brave new world is emerging, it is evident It can be felt, it’s time for Her to take charge now And smile with joy, Her tears must fall. Awake, Arise, the new tomorrow is calling, Where there is Life abundant, old memories Erased, the clouds do look Grey but today THE RAIN IS FALLING…..yes the rain is falling..
