The Redemption
A storm rages inside my barren heart as dusts of sorrow gather, teasing my sanity Dormant memories once again ignite to Summon the pain that once had vanished under the green in your eyes Destiny for me is to be alone And the little meaning You gave to my life stands stripped, blown away by the cruel hand of fate. I remember a time when the sky was clear smiling as rainbow of my heart Colorful days, Sweet memories made til the fateful night when in death's realm She left me to conquer her Years passed, leaving deep scars chiseled in the core of my soul Happiness - an illusion, tears - all dried surrendering to an acute pain that smiled and greeted me Emaciated memories, haunting me day and night till you appeared like an angel, diluting the poison that clogged and thickened inside The irony of God, I now realize As I hold you in my arms, I know you tried to say 'I love you' As I felt your last breath, 'death' celebrates its glorious victory Reminding me again, the old memories Warning me to end my life as if my turn has come to surrender The burden of sorrow, I was meant to be Desecrator of life, I have turned into a creature of darkness Cursed in the epitome of suffering Still the journey continues… A mortal of HIS purpose - limited in understanding The eternal cycle of Life, I now understand As an invisible force impulses me to carry on Death! just Another path, I've learnt to walk past Unveiled! I see beyond and realize How trivial flesh is at His realm Wonderful Revelation, Immortal soul Residing in us, re-inforcing my Love for you and her I feel your presence in every breath, As I realize a Love so immortal You and her, bound to my soul, wherever I go A new day dawns I cry with joy As I see the morning Sun,my Redemption is complete I am Free Edited with help from virgin.
