The Sky was Indigo that Night
A midnight blue streetlights of crystals adorning, I fell from you, plummeting down, world took warning. I quickly invade their space, though no harm is meant, furious white singes face, though I'm "heaven sent." Intrauterine in orb of flame, the fire consumes. never known by one infinite name, waves shoot out in plumes. You'll never know how much we're alike, trail blazing while celestial body dies, time running out while we're burning in flight, we're all shooting stars, awaiting the last sunrise.
