The Spirit Of The Great Oak Tree

I find myself walking bare feet across the early morning dew soaked grass Every step feels like shards of cuts that feels like glass But I feel the spirits of the sacred ancient oak tree Telepathically calling me With each step the more cold and wet I get But what I don't get is why they have chosen me I whisper O why but they don't reply Apart from my name they call it over and over again As i get closer to the ancient magical oak I can suddenly understand what they say showing me things after a oath not to tell anyone else or there would be a price to pay What I can tell is that the druids are thought of well And the fruit of the oak Is the seed known as a acorn That are a amulet charm That are carried by all types of folk As a charm to bring good luck and good health as they go on there way They did say that the 29th of may is a special oak apple day In the foot of Glastonbury Tor there are two sacred oaks known as Gog and Mogog So if like me you are suddenly drawn to a oak tree And the spirits make contact think how much you are lucky And to the sacred oaks spirits you must pray

I have a mental health illness and I was a inpatient in a private secure mental health hospital not because i was a danger to the public but because i myself was the only person who was in danger from me was myself and that will reflect in my poetry...
