The Story

Part 1- When I was just a wee boy from the road, If I was like weed from the slab that hadn't yet growed, That when I got big I was a pest to all that lived, And I got my face stamped on by the boot!!! Part 2- He met a man with blue fingers, Whose face got drier with every puff. He met a lady who held a tin close to her heart, And bandages at her sleeves. He left his house. He met a tramp, "Can you whistle?" the tramp said to the boy, "To what tune" he replied, Without another word the boy was presumly gone. With only a blanket he moved on in his world, He grew people who went about their business, He created cars that beeped, He understood bins & paper that rustled, Cobbles that crumbled with every step. Ahhh his most dearest a blanket to which he slept, Traveling his spaceship through time it leapt, The engine's heat that kept him warm. The stars and moons were his search lights, So he could keep one eye out for dangers in the night, His life was also whilst as he slept. Part 3- The little lad lost his marbles, Playing his fairground games, He ponced about like bobo, His mind led his limbs go lame. That day he found a friend in darkness, As he rejoiced for all that it was worth. He now doodles on his tomb, Every since he left the hearse. Ring around the rosie, Pocketful of posies. Ashes, ashes. We all fall down! Part 4- His soul is out there somewhere, Her mother thought she saw it. Then she thought she caught it, But it was just cobwebs. Part 5- We are all but sweepers, Dead skin fixed under our nails, We circle caskets around us, Never rid of us. -----------------------------The---End--------------------------------------------- The boy was lost till now, but reader I think you've found him, I thank you. Listen. We all but one, Now the story lies within you, The cosmos is physical, Even your thoughts are too. Isnt that more beautiful than god?, I find comfort in this, That we are all so connected, That the stars might just, Might just, Understand my thoughts. I mean, We are the same arent we? Twinkle twinkle my little star, How wonderful you are, And so am I.
