The Sword

The Sword An imaginary sword, what good's that? Here, take it, I'd like to give it back It's nothing but a mere figment Has no shape or size or actual pigment I want something whose dimensions are exact Not an airy fairy invisible axe I need an object solid and secure Not a whimsical idea of which I'm not completely sure But aren't you up against an imaginary foe? Who gets you from up high and then gets you from down low This imaginary sword is the best you'll ever find Please add it to the armoury existing in your mind (Sydney, Australia - 2006) Alessandra Liverani
