The Truth Will Set You Free
History has some commonality Its always somebody story From their point of view The story becomes skewed. It tells about a special event Truth might be a little bent. We tell it how we see it The real truth is diluted. I tell it like it is I don't skip a beat I don't mince my words So I can be heard I am not going to hush Or beat around the bush I'll never hide the truth Or ever make an excuse. If there ever was a time When the truth was in decline Can't you see the writing on the wall The whole thing is about to fall. Stay strong my brothers and friends We're getting closer to the end Set your sights on Godly things Be ready when the bell rings. You have to make the right choice The world needs to hear your voice I hope they will understand your plea Because the truth shall set you free.
