The View
Fromthis narrow line of sight A foreign realm bathed in light I only see what Iproject Vast bouncing colours dancing in delight Through this window I ingest A window into a world locked A mere glimpse I project Tell me of that beyond, that which I reflect Catch an early spring scent on the cool breeze of night Catch the rain upon descent a mid autum leaves in flight This ever lonely point of view More than the eye can see A mystery world of hidden depths mocking, teasing me The beauty of light Flowers among trees a play The dark of night Foggy mist darkening the way A window into a world locked Tempting me astray.
