This Land is Our Land
Is there enough room for all of us in this place we call earth? Should I claim ownership of this land because I was first? Are we being greedy and controlling in our attitude? I wish I knew the answers and where we really stood. In my finite mind, I am in a quandary or "at sea about," why we can't live together and be a little more devout to speak to each other and express our heart's desire learn to love each other and try to rekindle the fire. There's no time to ignore, hate each other, and fight We must clear the air and try to make everything right. Live in harmony, joy, and peace each blessed day Lay the foundation for others, we must pave the way. We are a vessel or an instrument in the hand of God This land is ours; the place where our ancestors trod "This land is our land" should be our theme song. Live and sing in unison; be an example for those to come.
