To My Love - Sonnet *revision*
Revision of To My Love Thy amity, my love, exists in pairs. Thy harmony survives the heavy storm. When walking hand in hand, the brave bond bears The blustering wind and beasts the tall flames form. The fiery race we shall slow down, until We need it sped. The path, the width of two Unless with only one its wishes fill When other half is carried: me or you. Let every note stay tuned to sing our song And let wild flowers bloom and die in turn, Before our hands break sour and witness long The loneliness thy heart will never learn. Thy amity, my love, exists in pairs, There is no other love, no one who cares.
