Together Again
Sitting in a daze, As I watch the fire blaze, Destroying possessions I once held so dear. Though the good times did fade, Nothing would I trade, Though I’ll dream of the past, I fear. Sometimes it’s hard to cope, But there is always hope, And everything seems to become clear. Now I’m on the bed of my death, And as I take my last breath, Upon my cheek, I shed a single tear. Soon we’ll be together again.

I'm just a 20-year-old girl trying to figure out who I am and where my place is in this world. Just trying to deal with things and find beauty in this rumble like everyone else.
