I wanna taste the tears 
that trace from my eyes 
across my cheek onto my tongue. 
I wanna feel the love of another 
drive 300 miles to hug my brother 
just to let let him know I'll be fine 
I made it to the greener side. 
I wanna bleed the colors of the rainbow, 
hold my head up high....and kiss the sun. 
I'll look into the eyes of my mother 
to let her know her son is free, 
free from his disease. 
I'll shake my fathers hand, his hand 
let know despite biology a boy will- 
the man he calls his dad. 
Just know Tomorrow I'll be fine. 
Today I want to cry, not goodbye.
