Trusting Family and Friends
There are times in our lives that we feel all alone You feel like you are abandoned or disowned. There can be friends and family all around you But only you know what you are going through. You try not to show what is going on in your head You don't tell people so sometimes they have misread Your feelings and intentions are not what they seem We don't want you to know we are falling apart at the seam. If we don't seek the help that we desperately need We may decompensate and it would be hard to proceed. We must learn to be more candid with family and friends Then we will be able to be more honest and not pretend. At the end of the day, we must learn to depend On those who love us without reservations or end We must always seek their guidance and advise Trust them and verbalize how we feel deep inside.
