Truth and lies
Truth and lies Constantly measuring motives and glances We keep our distance in aggressive dances Polite conversation with restraint is expressed Masking the anger so deeply repressed Time with its passing leaves nothing resolved Confessions of sins that are never absolved Beneath all the lies you think you've revealed the truth of my life remains safely concealed This is about a couple who are emotionally separated.
