Under the Tamarind Tree

Imagination flows through me With eyes lit by the setting sun Sitting under the Tamarind tree. I sail across the greatest sea, With gazelles and zebras I run. Imagination flows through me. I fight to set a nation free And walk a jungle bridge for fun, Sitting under the Tamarind Tree. I gather honey with the bee And like an ant, I lift a ton. Imagination flows through me. Imagination lets me see Everything that should be done Sitting under the Tamarind tree. There's nothing that I cannot be And all mistakes can be undone. Imagination flows through me Sitting under the Tamarind tree. My first attempt at a Villanelle
