Until You

·TheCrookedPath

I can walk through the house, I'm not home till I hold you. I can see the whole world, It's not true till I've told you. I was often let go, But I never was free, Till you said that you'd play With the child within me. I won't sleep till you chase All my shadows away, And so my time is yours Till I run out of days. I rest on your words, And I live in your smile, I'll love you forever, And then yet a while.

TheCrookedPath

Not much to say. I'm a father of four, working to keep my pygmies fat and happy. I have always liked Robert Frost, but a recent book that I'd stumbled across introduced me to John Donne.
