Upon the harbour

She sits content, Her eyes glistening in the moonlight Her long brunette hair swaying in the breeze, So calm, Her breathing slow and relaxed, She watches upon the harbour, As the boats come in from the sea, Gazing at the waves as they splash against the wall, Boats come and go but she just sits, Waiting, patiently waiting. Hoping his ship will sail in soon, As she looks upon the moon, With such lust in her eyes, He is coming miles just to see her, as it has been too long, She hopes he will remember her the way she was, Many years ago, Where they met on the very same harbour, Just a stones throw away from where she sits, Looking upon the harbour.
