Vision Eats A Dream
It’s all that I recall A frustrating, nagging feeling Straining my mind, To make the fragments aline, The moments converge Dreams gain escape though morning unlocking eyes They sneak away Leaving only teasing possibilities of coherency And an endless search for clarity I sit gazing at my wall Though no light at all Remaining still, alone with time Then something shatters white Staining, tainting, sterile sight My thoughts flash away: Once blind in darkness And now in light
