When I think of the days we spent together , I remember the time we said “our love is forever” But I knew it would not last long , As our love was too much for you, and you would’nt hold on . I miss that smile , i miss that grin , I miss your voice , and everything , There were times you told me , you would’nt leave , And as you said I did believe . Never thought that the end was close , After all it was what you chose , And left me alone to grieve , Over your departure and things u said to me , All my life I pondered just to decipher, The reason why I suffered this fate, Of spending my life without you, Was your life the topic of debate ? There was a grace in your smile , Can never forget that till I retire, It’s the thing i miss the most, And cherish it even after life. Cannot compare u to gold , As you are priceless, Cannot compare you to people, As you are immortal in my heart .
