Warden of Spirituality
Warden of spirituality Release me from these chains Wanderer in the realm of the forgotten people All my life I've wandered Down the left path of spirituality Just a puppet whos failed his best At finding the strings which control fate Just the puppet whos become the warden of his own mind I am what my sins enclose Just another wanderer seeking a home Warden of spirituality Release me from my chains The wanderer in the realm of forgotten ones Release me from my chains, dreams remain a timeless domain Oh dear God my time apart It feels like a lifetime of loneliness A place to call home but, I am A mirror to the world I am what you want to see me as but They can never see that each of my poems is composed of the greatest of pains Poetry the greatest of my havens I've become the warden of my spirituality No longer free to become free myself Just another dying candle Chained by the very mirror of society Just a view and then a dying wish A wish to find happiness Now share with me your poem, I realize now that I am, Just a puppet controlled by sin Whos failed his best At writing an ending to his play I know now that I am just a dead boy Who failed to write an end to each of his poems A mirror is the reflection of society Inside just a prisoner, A warden of my spirituality Something I lost so long ago Words which moved my soul Just a wanderer of desire A wanderer and a seeker I've sought all my life for the holy treasure That did not die that day in the garden Yet no matter the cost, I am a wanderer Just a fairy tale Yet nothing more than to feed mans greed Yet my reflection shows I am just a puppet to the warden of spirituality Inside this realm of dreams
