Was it a dream?

Was it a dream? I was awake one night but I'm sure I was a sleep caught up in the middle with my thoughts running deep My heart was racing or atleast so it seemed Am I awake? or is this a dream? Paralyzed from moving but yet totally aware will anyone help me? or does anyone care? If I'am dreaming someone wake me from this scene and If I'm already awake then I know it's not a dream If I close my eyes before you and I seem a bit a way please keep an eye on me to make sure Im ok.. If I seem distressed or troubled and start to move about than rest assure that I'am dreaming dreaming without a doubt How do you define being stuck in between? Not awake, but not a sleep, is this for real? or is ita dream? I hope I can always awake in time of dispair or hear an alarming noise to make me aware make me here or there, not stuck inbetween, just take me away out of this awful scene... Oh wait!! Is it a dream?
