Watery Pearls

·CuldeSac

What if I could see the heart Of my affection like watery Pearls like grains of sand Dancing on my finger tips Coursing my finger prints As I held my hand out flat Close in front of my eyes Looking at the silver drops From the side refracting The light from the world The rest of which is blurred To know the swirling baubles At best to be a condensation Of all I was ever right about? For I have come to know That I am a man filled with Impressions that are wrong I have reasons to have more I am delusional about them I am a construct layered Like this I have come to be And now that I am here It is a fine act to let go Of my pretentiousness And my senility With which I fill myself To empty out my judgements Of others To watch the heart Of my affection Like pearly droplets Of water dancing In the pores Of my finger tips Knowing that all I was ever right about Is as small as they are The truth of my inclination The view point of my love It is a thing of becoming Quiet and letting it all be Indulging without words

What are words without understanding and what is understanding without sense?
