Wedding Day
A silent moment Before my reflection A pat on the back A touch of the arm Today, I thee wed Troubles past Worries subdued Today, I thee wed Glasses raised Flowers in the air A mother's tears A sibling's sad goodbye Hope for the lonesome Pride for the married And cheer for the hopeless romantics Ah, but the world is far away For you are here, my dear On our inevitable wedding day.
