What I Want To Be

As the voice on the radio pulls gently At my mind, rousing me from sleep I hear a song familiar to me It saddens me, reminding me Our songs are about pleasures of flesh, The news tells of pleasures of power, We talk of how the two intertwine Is that all life is about? I want to be more I want to be a learner, I want to be a thinker, I want to be a problem solver, I want to be a helper, I want to be a teacher, I want to be a sharer, I want to be a leader, I want to be more than what I can take! I want my life to have made the world a better place.

Mental Journey

I am on a journey of the mind. Contemplating the universe on every scale, and doing a complete introspective exploration. I may never be a literary academic, but I share my humble thoughts in hope that they may inspire others.
