What if I told you I’ve ached silently for you These past years But in my longing Only felt my tears? What if I said In my last breath I’d exhale all my love To your lips Before my death? What if I asked you To make love to me In a rose-petalled room So the seeds of our love will blossom and bloom? What if I entered your life Like a train with no brakes Driving into your heart Fierce and quick Like a stake? What if I loved you Every hour, every day Every moment, in every way And warmed your heart softly kneading it like clay? What if I did all these things With only you in mind Stood before you Frozen in time Surrendered and resigned?
