When A Child Is Taken From You

When A Child Is Taken From You. And they tell you with such sweet sincerity that God wanted him with Him more than you and that is supposed to give you comfort, you are supposed to believe that it is true. With O such longing and empty arms and future years wiped away unseen, you fill every waking and sleeping hour with dreams of a life that might have been. And your thoughts are all of anger as the pain rips you apart, you wonder why a ‘loving’ God would choose to break your heart. There is no-one upon this earth can answer the question ‘Why?’ Why a young and innocent life, your child has to die. We have to believe in His infinite loving, though our faith shakes that it might fall. We can not yet know the reason why, but reunited one day, we shall understand it all.
