Who Goes On Longer
Crashing and smashing, the ocean is at war With rocks that have been there for more It is age versus strength, and it’s sage versus rage But when storms are done and waves are spun I know who wins this battle Although the rocks have been there for awhile They may go and be gone, give up and be wrong But they will take time doing it, looking good for tourists While the waves will roll out, disappearing the next morn Now tell me, who won that battle
