My papa would tell me; never owe a debt to anyone Because they will own you till the day you are gone. I've had many headaches and heartaches through the years And each one of those struggles caused me a lot of tears. But because I heed my papa's advice, I learned to persevere. It was so much easier to confront all my trials and my fears. It doesn't matter what circumstances come your way. You have to deal with them the best you can every day. Trials you face through the years only make you stronger This is only one more problem, an issue you may conquer. I've learned through the years, I can't do things on my own My spiritual values and strength have been my backbone. Before I give credit to any man, I should thank God for everything Without Him, I would fail and my accomplishments wouldn't mean anything.
