Yin And Yang

Written By Glenn McCrary™ & Jon T. Jeffries The other side of me That's hidden from others to see Makes me unaware of the effect That it bestows upon my dignity Angry hackers try to uncover my identity But I realize the hacker was just a curious human entity My life is like a song That people have yet to sing However I am not flattered By the undivided attention that it brings But I realize attention Is not the only thing My life is like A melody The voices belt out the lyrics So compellingly Yet my soul sings it In perfect harmony And the words are so soothing that they could never bring Any harm upon me Like angels I possess Loving and caring energy Is there a particular reason Why I should have to worry? What is it about me That is actually worthy? Obviously not enough quality For someone to commit burglary Even though I am not worthy The pain from within still hurts me Oh how at inconvenient times It chooses to surface so swiftly With the ferocious wind of catastrophe My whole world Has collapsed beneath me Because my whole life has been A complete and utter tragedy The resounding effects are very deafening Yin and yang Oh contrare My deep understanding of dark and light Is very rare By Glenn McCrary © 2009 Glenn McCrary (All rights reserved)
