·snowdrop

Your sepia blanket covers my eyes Darkens the skies You try to protect me from this world As the pages of my life become curled I begin to fray, but you are my tailor I start to sink, but you are my sailor The wind tries to uproot me, tear me from this world As the pages of my life become curled I am your hand through the churchyard at night I will help all your dreams survive and take flight I will try to protect you from this world As the pages of your life become curled
