You Thought, I know
You thought you knew me, I thought you knew the rules: No strings attached, Love is for fools. You thought you could change me, and I thought you could see- Settling down and picket fences, just isn't for me. You thought if you pushed, I might pull back. But when I played out the results, we just wouldn't last. Now you're left heartbroken, soon mine sets in. You thought it was your fault, but I know I did this.
