i wake up in the morning without you by my side- so i ravege thru the blankets- mayb ur trying to hide- so i look and seek but still i cannot find- and to my dismay i realize you only exist inside my mind- i remember the times we'd sleep with hands locked- wrapped tight- thru the night- not a second was ever cold- to wake up looking thru your closed eyes- and knowing the dreams are bright with blue skies- your chest lifts and falls as breath passes over your lips- every inhale brings your heart closer to my finger tips- so i'd run my finger prints across your eyebrows- you'd crinkle your nose and i laugh to myself because your so cute- you start to wake- move around- everything is stirred- and it occured- not obscured- that you i love to observe- asleep or awake- i'm falling in love- oops it's to late- to relate to love at first sight would be an understatement- you shake a little when you open wide and start to yawn- it gives me the chance to pull you closer just to get warm- my ears tingle when you'd say the words i love to hear- you still give my tummy butterflies when you-- pull me near- and place a kiss on my lips- cheeks- or eyes- it gives me hope just to know our love will never die- so as i place down the blankets and realize that i'm alone- i close my eyes it's back to sleep- and all of a sudden you've come home- and as i dream the space between will litterally be gone- your in my arms- i'm in your heart- it's not a cheat- it's such a treat- how i'm smiling so much- alone under my bed sheets.............
