Your Judgements

Since the day I was born I’ve been affected by your judgements And I was raised According to your judgements I knew right from wrong Because of your judgements Yes, your judgements Thanks for teaching me this much So now I can see what’s wrong With our judgements Your judgements have seasons and less reasons They have departments and compartments Like when I do right things, where are your judgements? But when I do wrong, they turn to exist Yes, your judgements And now this is my once upon a time Thanks to your judgements Every night I cried Because of your judgements And I almost died Because of your judgements I became a friend to shame While I pretended it to be fame And now this is my way Of saying thanks your judgements I’ve been wondering though, why... Are they your judgements? You seem to judge me as if you’re The LORD HIMSELF Only He can judge a life And He can say yes, you’ve done well What I don’t recall hearing from you Your judgements can kill and have killed Your judgements hate but can heal Your judgements can tease and also teach But why can’t they bring out the good in me? Yes, your judgements NB:this poem belongs to my brother,Loyiso "Loyd" Bikitsha. I just wanted you to know that before somedody starts accusing me of stealing other people's works.
